Reception Emcee's

Anyone have any emcee suggestions? We thought about using friends, but many people say it is better to get a professional so they can move things along and they know how to handle silences or gaps.

Kaleo Pilanca & Lina Girl are unable. Gregg Hammer is $1500 and still waiting to hear back from Shannon Scott.

Any other suggestions will be helpful! Local "Celebrity" or not.

    Hmm I thought the same thing but in the end we used two friends from our bridal party ( one bridemaid, one groomsman) and they were awesome!! My bridesmaid has an amazing personality so we knew they would be so much fun and we were not disapointed! The only time we had the DJ do an announcement was when we did our grande entrace with bridal party into the reception.
