Hair salon recommendation

I am from Lexington and I am looking for a good hair salon/hair designer. I would like to get low-lights, but not sure where the best place to go. Preferably a place that does not cost a fortune! It would be nice to fine a good hair designer who is also good at updos. My wedding isn't until next summer, but it would be nice to have some ideas.

    I use Posh salon in Lexington.  Elise is my stylist and she's fabulous!  She is a little pricey, but she's so worth it.  Also, Liz at Ivey League salon in Patchen Village is great and is a lot cheaper for cut/highlights.  My girlfriend at work uses her.  She just books up crazy in advance.

    Mollie Dotson is fantastic. She's actually a wedding hairstyle specialist. She's a little crazy, but she definitely knows what she is doing. I believe her wedding updos are $90. She works at Seasons Salon & Spa off of Palumbo.
