I lurk on your board for motivation, and I just had to share:
I've been doing the 30DS interspersed with other exercise for a few weeks now, and last night I did full plank jacks and squats!  When I first started level 2, I thought 'that is not even physically possible' and now I can do them!
Admittedly, I can't do a lot of them yet, but it's great I to feel like I am making progress.
Keep focused on those goals!  (In my case, it's bikini body for my honeymoon in 2 and a half months)
