Weddings by Debbie - Review

Hey everyone, I'm usually an Austin knottie but I bought my dress in Katy last week and I just wanted to leave a review in case people need bridal shop recommendations.

I had a great experience with Weddings by Debbie.  Lee was absolutely wonderful.  I walked in with a picture of a dress type that I wanted and Lee did an excellent job finding dresses in my budget to match my description.  I actually only tried on 4 dresses because I loved them all and had a hard time making a decision.  She had me try on the dresses multiple times and I never felt hurried or like she wanted to get to the next customer.

The set up is gorgeous with plush couches for anyone who comes with you, huge mirrors and lighting everywhere.  The mirrors are set up so you can see all aspects of your gown.  I would definitely recommend looking here.  Hope this helps someone.

I also bought my dress here about a month ago and it was the best dress shopping experience I have had! I only tried on 4 dresses as well and bought my dress during my first visit!

I agree, the shopping and trying on experience was fantastic.

So far my alteration experience has been eh at best.  They nickel and dime the tar out of you for alterations.  I have spent more on alterations than I did on the dress.  None of them were fit problems either.

no problem glad to help. I am still glad I purchased from them, I just wouldn't do alterations there again.  With you being in Austin I might start looking around to see if you can find someone up there that would work with you.
