BMI Brides - logistical questions

For those having their ceremony at the BMI, how are you working out the logistics of getting there and hiding out before walking down the "aisle?"  I would prefer not to just pull up, hop out of a car, and start walking.  We'll have two photographers so one will be with the guy and the other with the girls, and we don't want to see each other beforehand. I'm just trying to get some ideas of how other brides are going to work it.  I'm probably overthinking this - which is pretty easy for me to do :)

    When we went down to check it out initally, the lady (Jessica) said we could use the cannery to get ready in and then the little lunch room could be another getting ready or hiding place...The cannery has windows so you have to be careful so you aren't seen but you could be there.
    Where are you holding the ceremony?? We are going to be outside so the boys will already be out, then we will come out...out the door and walk that way.

    I am getting married at BMI the weekend before you I think.  I'm heading down there in a few weeks to figure all that out.  Originally, I had planned on getting ready in that one theater area in the Decker Gallery then just walking out the main doors to the Pavilion.  I'll let you know if I come up with something better, though.
