How much are you spending on your honeymoon? I just want to make sure we don't overspend!

    I think the budget is a really personal thing and shouldn't really be about comparisons. Where are you planning on going? Are you worried that you've been overcharged?

    Bottom line: spend what you're comfortable spending for the trip that you want to have.

    Ditto pp. If you can't afford to take a HM right away, save up for it and go somewhere nice after you are married awhile. Or a popular thing right now is the mini-moons where you just go somewhere for a few nights to rest and relax after the wedding and either take a bigger HM later or don't do anything else at all.
