I'm back & married!!! PICS!

Hi Ladies!  So, DH (he he he... I can say that now) and I are back from our honeymoon, so I figured I'd check in and say hello!  The wedding was wonderful.  We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves.  I'll do a vendor review once we've settled back in a little.  I know some of you have seen a few pics on FB, but here's a link to one of my friend's picasa photo albums from the wedding.  There are a lot of pics, but it gives you the full run down of the series of events!

    Welcome back Carrie! The pics are awesome, looks like the day went off without a hitch. You look so pretty in the Qipao! Reminds me that I have to order mine soon.

    Hi Christi!  Thanks!  You should definitely order from East Store.  I sent them my measurements, and I had the dress custom made and in my hands in less than 2 weeks.  Even my tailor here was amazed.  I highly recommend them.  They have some really beautiful dresses.  <a href="http://www.eaststore.com/">http://www.eaststore.com/</a>

    Hey Sandra!!!  I LOVE how the flowers turned out.  They were amazing.  I actually used Flore in Southbury.  Lori (the owner) is amazing.  She also ordered all of the flowers and supplies for my DIY centerpieces.  The wholesaler messed up the order and she totally handled it all and fixed everything along with ordering me extra stuff in the end.  Totally totally amazing and ridiculously affordable.

    Ben & Jerry's was a total hit!!! Everyone absolutely loved it.  I think people will be talking about that for a long time. lol!

    How have you been?  I see you're now hosting the GTG!!!!  How's the new place?  I assume you moved in already?  can't wait to see it!!! We have to hang out soon!

    Welcome back!! I saw a few pics tagged of you on Facebook.. but I can't see your link here at work.. booooo.. but from what I saw on Facebook you looked gorgeous! I loved the pic of you "bartending" too after the wedding! Too cute!

    How was your HM? I forgot where you guys went.. was it Antigua? Costa Rica? One of those sounds right.. haha

    Hi Kate!!! I had so much fun bartending at the bar after.  The 'real' bartender was so nice to let me back there with him. lol.  Take a look at the pics when you're home.  There are some on there from the morning ceremony on the hiking trail.

    We went to Costa Rica.  We had an amazing time, but the first night DH started having problems with his ear.  Being in the middle of the rainforest and at least 400 miles away from a real doctor, we had to fly back to San Jose, CR to go to the emergency room.  After that, we decided to just head back to Miami and finish out the last 4 days of our HM there.  It was a great time though.  Neither of us had been to Miami before, so it was fun.  We stayed at the Loews right on the beach (a friend hooked us up with an amazing deal and they treated us like gold since they knew about the CR honeymoon mishap).

    On a side note, OMG!!! You only have like a month until your wedding!!!!!

    I'm so sorry to hear about DH's ear! (I love that he's your DH now!) I hope he's feeling better and that's awesome that you got to go to Miami too. One of my favorite cities!

    Yeah I can't believe I'm 5 weeks out! It's craziness and surreal.. I felt like it would never get here and it's so exciting!

    Thanks Melissa!  OMG!!!! I can't believe your wedding is sooooo close!!! I'm so excited for you!  That's really funny that you have to same toasting flutes!  My mom gave those to us for the bridal shower.  It's tradition in our family that she gives them as a gift.  Both she and my sister also have the Lismore flutes.  Love them.
