Individual Custom Wine Labels

I have been going through and through previous posts to try and find a website/suggestion to where I can make individual wine bottle labels.  We are putting something different on each bottle so while we want the label to be the same design, we would like what each says to be different.  I have not been able to find a website to do this through my own searching on through recommendations.  Anyone else had luck with this?

    there's a post about 3 down from this one about bottle lables.  I think the reply was about software you can buy to do your own.
