Beach in CT for engagement pics??

Hey,
We are planning our engagement session and would love to do a vintage picnic theme on a beach but don't know which beach to go to.  Anyone know of a great beach? Our shoot will be in early June.

    Hi there, and congrats on your engagement! This board is an international one. (ex: I'm in Seattle :P ) so you may not have a ton of luck here with a specific question about your location. If you look to your left you'll see "Local Wedding Boards" where you can find a board that is specifically for your area.

    If you live near Fairfield County try Sherwood Island in Wesport CT, thats ocean beach. If you live near Mystic CT try Stonington Beach, its also beach but more bay like that open water, and thats in the old part of town or if your willing to drive Westerly RI has beautiful beaches. Finally if you want fresh water with a waterfall (if you take a short hike) or if you want to canoe, etc in your photos try Greenfalls area in the Pachaug State Park... its off the beaten path via dirt road but they have wonderful scenery and multitude of picning areas, etc. Can you tell I am a born and rasied CT girl!?!?
