    Congratulations!  Everyone told us to enjoy being enaged for a minute : ) But once you've taken a minute to breath and take in what's going on try to figure out your budget and an idea of what your guest list might look like. Both of these will help you figure out where to start looking for venues.


    A lot of people tell you that you dont need to do anything for a while, but booking early allows you to choose the vendors and get the ones that you want. Because we booked our venue so early we got 2012 pricing for 2014. I was excited about that.
