Umm...ok.  Seems pretty weird to me and that would TOTALLY freak me out.   And what if someone panics and swerves instead of slowing down?

    Pretty sure that's not ok.

    And what if you KNOW there are little kid speed bumps, and so if you see a little kid in the road and you're all AW, it's just one of those speed bumps, and then you smack into a kid?

    Saw this on yahoo this morning.  Super weird.
    I think people will definitely swerve.  I'd be scared of the elderly, down here they already have trouble just driving.  Throw something like that in the mix and it might be disastrous.

    hmmm small child guess it's ok to run over them SLOWLY just not at typical speeds....
