Private Residence Reception and Caterer Suggestions needed for Harwich/Chatham area!

Hi! My fiance and I are hoping to have a Cape Cod wedding in or near the Harwich/Chatham area. We really wanted to do it at a private residence (rental home). We were wondering if anyone has any information about possible homes to use, or realtors, or other sources, that might be helpful in finding this.
On a side note, our next step will be to find a caterer. We've heard good things about the Casual Gourmet, and Treats Catering. We want good food, helpful service, and reasonable prices. Any insight into this is also greatly appreciated!

    There is another thread just below this one: Renting a house for a tented wedding that is really similar.  Have you had a chance to look at it?

    We'll be using Treat Catering for our wedding next June. They often have functions at the Dennis Inn that you can go to and sample the food - I was a fan!
