Please Help with Venue!!

Hi ladies,
So this is a bit of a hard request, but I am looking for a very cheap venue (3.7k is my limit!) that I can rent for a Sunday night reception in beginning of May.  I would love a place that has free parking and lets you bring in your own food.  We have about 100 people, no more than 100 for sure!  I am willing to think outside the box here, but mainly looking for something indoors.  Any ideas?
Thanks soooo much!

Is 3,700 just for your venue or for your whole wedding?

I would suggest looking into the Heights Firestation if that is just for the venue. They allow you to bring in everything yourself, but for a Sunday 180 days in advance, it is 1000 for rental. (http://www.houstonheights.org/pdf/Firestation%20Agreement.pdf)
And now we are as one

    http://mevistculturalcenter.com/

Attached to the link is the Mevist Cultural Center.  It is $800 to rent and it fits your number of guests with room to spare.  I haven't been able to look at it in person because I live in Colorado but that is the top place that I am looking at.

If your not looking to stay in Houston you can try the Veterans complex in Huntsville Texas...With chairs(120)/linens/tables(12)/liqour liscense/sound system/ kitchen access/sound system it came out to 1300...Thats renting half the auditorium (it closes with dividers) which is comfortable for 200. Its not the greatest looking on the outside but its a new build. When you rent you have it from 8 a.m. until whenever you agree on. Theres nowhere to get ready there but the bathroom facilities are huge and nice if your desperate. They dont care who caters as long as they clean and the kitchen facilities are VERY nice and well maintained with industrial ranges/fridges. Parking is free, The guy you'll be dealing with is a bit of an Asshat but he's tolerable and will leave you alone for the most part (I've catered events there when I worked with a catering company). They'll expect half down and then the rest one month before the wedding date.

Check out Augusta Pines Golf Club - I don't know what their Sunday minimums are, but I think they may be in your budget (and includes food!). They've been great to work with too - the place is a dream come true for us!
