HELP! Tablecloth Rental

Hello everyone

I need help!!! I have been looking for places that rent tablecloths at a resonable price. The hall I am going with has a decorator that they work with, but he doesn't just rent out linen. I have to purchase the entire package, which includes tablecloths, chair covers, sashes, and a back drop behind the head table. The wedding is for 350 people, and the price he quoted was $1,300.00. I am trying to budget, and I am trying to find these items myself. So if anybody knows of a place please help. Thanks

i dont think that quote is totally out of line.

You have at least 40 tables at $15.00 per table = $600.00
The Chair Covers and Ties at $3.00 each = $1,050.00
Pipe & Drape Background = $150.00

I am just estimating and using average price I got from rental companies, but still think 1300 sounds fair?

Wait, I just re-read your post... I guess if you only want table linens and not covers and backdrop then ya the decor guy is not for you. Maybe you see what he says if you tell him you are going to go with a different establishment if he doesn't work around your needs. I know BBJ Linen comes highly recommended and they're always at the bridal shows.

I rented table linen and napkins only from The Chair Coture and they were fabulous!

Did you hire a caterer separate from the venue? We are getting married in MI and the venue wanted $6.50 per tablecloth, but the caterer will rent them to me for $3.50.
