Adding "bling" to a 10 year old's dress???

HI!  So, my FI little sister will be 10 when we get married and she is going to act as our greeter/usher... so she feels like a part of the wedding but she's not a bridesmaid... BUT we are going to try to find her a coordinating dress in a raspberry/fuschia color.  Here's the problem- most modest dresses we've seen at bridal stores are very blah or have a little flower detail and she is a girly girl who LOVES bright colors and bling!!
I told her we could always find a blingy belt or broach or something to add to her dress so I'm looking for suggestions on where to find something like that.  I don't want to spend too much, I was debating on making one but I don't really want it to look cheap... what are your thoughts??
TIA!  :-)

  • I'd check etsy first for a blingy belt. Bridal salons sell them, but they'll be pricey.

  • I second what PP said.  Etsy has a lot of stuff like that.

  • Try some craft stores as well. Michael's, Joanne, and AC Moore may have something that you can easily use as a belt or add-on in some way.

  • Maybe check Sears/Target/JCP/Macys/Limited Too, those types of stores, for accessories?  A lot of those will have sparkly stuff for that age group, and you might find something awesome in the sales section!
