I ordered a guestbook back in June from Etsy and just got the confirmation its being shipped! I love the vintage look to it, its so completely different from anything else. I think it'll be a nice touch :)

    Cool! Our guestbook is an framed alphabetized photo of FIs last name. Guest sign on the border.

    Of course! We rented a manzanita tree from our florist. She had one already so it ended up being cheaper/easier than making one. See pic below. We are going to have her paint it a sand color and do something different with the base. However it will still have orchids and the crystals hanging from it. We will have "wish cards"  that we make and then hole punch and put a ribbon on them. Then, people will write wishes or advice to us on them and hang them on the tree. At the end we will take them all and put them in an album and save them. Helps add a little decoration which is good too!

    Very cool and unique! We are getting a couple of those giant wine bottles from Costco to have people sign as our guest book. We were there this weekend and I thought about buying them already but I figured they're not going anywhere and I've already filled our guest room closet with wedding vases, candles, etc so I should probably wait lol

    That's what we did! I watched Shutterfly like a hawk for a sale, and I got it for like 40% off. It's one of my favorite things I've purchased so far!

    We also having a picture frame that the guests sign, along with a photobooth guest book. Our guests will have a lot of chances to share the love :)

    Nice book!! We are actually thinking of having a large outline of a rainbow and have different colored ink pads for guests to use. They will stamp their fingerprint on one of the rainbow colors. Then sign their print. We really dont need the advice as its both of our third marriages, ya know. Although, maybe some advice on how to STAY married, lol. J/K this one is so differnet from my other two I have no doubts it will last.

    Wow! That guest book is beautiful. I love all the other creative ideas here too. I'm thinking of using an idea I saw on Pintrest. Each table will have a small guest book with the table number on it that says "Please write a message for Steve and Kerry to open on their 1st, 2nd, etc. anniversary"

    I wanted to have one of those "fingerprint tree guest books" but FI doesn't like the idea of everyone getting ink on their fingers. LOL.

    I've also heard of a lot of brides having an issue with guests not knowing what to do with it. Although we see it all over the boards and pinterest - the majority of our guests probably aren't aware of those things.
