    I've been to a wedding at the Riverview Room.  They have a great view, but I think you need to do a lot to the space to make it look festive.  The food was just okay and maybe a little sparse, but I assume you can customize your menu.

    I agree with the above, the ceilings are really low also which I think just makes the room feel smooshed. Unfortunately, the food menu is set - there's just one of two packages you can pick from, which I didn't really like either. Of the two reception halls at Jax, I would definitely recommend Pat O's on the River over the Riverview Room (although I have never had Pat O's food, judging based on appearance alone).
