Vendor Meals?

So, I'm trying to figure out how many vendor meals I will need to provide.  Our officiant is our long time Pastor and a guest at the wedding.  Our florist is just dropping off.  We are also having a photobooth for 3 hours, but does that warrant a meal??

The only ones that come to mind that will be there all day are the 2 photogs, 2 videographers, and DJ.  Who else am I forgetting??

Check your contracts. A lot of times vendors will specify if meals are required or not in them. I think your only questions mark it sounds like are the Photobooth people. :)

3 hours for the photobooth does not merit a dinner.  All day people should be fed.  I'm feeding 2 photographers, 2 videographers and 1 DJ.

I want a photobooth as well.  I did not even consider feeding the photobooth people.  I mean...they will be there an hour early, I believe, to set up, but I don't think I would worry about feeding them.  Maybe just some cake?? ;)  Let me know what you end up doing/discussing with them.  I'd like to know the "norm."

Def check your contract...I do believe that as long as they are working when dinner is served that should warrant a meal...just see it as all of your vendors go off and eat at one set time. I do believe that the photo booth attendant would be included with the group of vendors...but I could be worng!

    GL!

Also...I had a candy table attendant at my event...and she was there for almost the same amount of time that you mentioned and she was given a vendor meal.  I dont remember her being including on my count when I submitted it...so I am sure some how they charged me but she did eat with all the other vendors:)

I'm going to include everyone in the vendor meals (DJ, photogrpaher, candy buffet attendant, photobooth attendant, videographer)...just feels appropriate, given that they will be working through dinner. I'm not givng them the exact meal that everyone has, they will be having chicken fingers and fries. I guess it's whatever you comfort level is.
