New to the Knot!

Hi! I'm Rachel, new to the knot! My best friend/maid of honor told me about this once I became engaged and I love it! Greatest site ever.

Wedding colors: Black, white and antique/soft/pale pink

We think the wedding is going to be Oct. 26th. Think it would be a pretty time of year, not too cold, not too hot. Well its Ohio... so hopefully!!

    Hi fellow newbie- those are the colors I'm using too! I do wish the pink hue had a more definite name, I keep describing it as "blush pink" and I feel like most people are not picturing the exact color I'm thinking of, its definitely one of those colors you're going to need a swatch for!

    We almost chose that date, but decided with June. October 26 is literally right smack dab between our birthdays.
    Are you accenting with any colors? Not that you have to!

    We have two different color schemes:
    Ivory, Black, and pinks for the ceremony
    BLUES everywhere for the reception
    <3
    I couldn't find enought blue for the ceremony, so I nixed it. Not to mention, pink just looks better on people than blue does. :)

    If you need help with anything let us know! Espeically vendor recommendations.
