VENDOR - Help me in my venture!

My wedding was Saturday August 28 and I had booked all of my tables and chairs for 200 guests through a company in Kent called Tents And Events.  I last spoke with Kim there on Friday the 27th to verify delivery.  My tables and chairs never showed, and we were unable to get a hold of anyone who could fix it.  The one woman who finally answered their phone told us she didnt know what to say and then hung up on us.  long story short, I have found out that there was another event that day that they did not show up to as well.  If anyone has heard of anything, I would love to know, I plan on taking my situation to the BBB, the state attourney, and beyond.  And please, if anyone you know is planning an event, tell then to stay away from Tents and Events!

    interesting. i know people who work there... one of my friends used to work there and we almost rented through them. now her friend works there, kim, and it seemed like they were doing well because 2 days before my wedding they calle dme to ask if we were still on. i told them no, i'd gone wih some one else.

    my friend who USED to work there who got her friend the job told me they weren't doing that well a year or so before my wedding so i decided not to use them. i posted that in the past. i'm really sorry they didn't show up for you. i'd definitely report them.

    did you get your money back??

    Yes, luckily we did get our money back, however they are completely ignoring our phone calls and wont give me an explanation.  I belileve i am owed and explanation as to what happened.  Come to find out, the owner was the one responsible for deivering to my location, and he refuses to take my calls.
