I'm trying to plan a b-party for a friend, but I'm not sure where to go! How anyone ever done downtown Bethesda and hop around there? I was looking there because the hotels are pretty reasonable, but I didn't know if it would be fun?? Or if there were other suggestions without getting too far into dc (we're coming from Hagerstown/Frederick).
