I can't believe the amount of people who are like "We're invited to your wedding right...?" that I hadn't planned on inviting. People don't seem to understand that it costs a lot of money for every single person that comes and it's not just like a backyard BBQ at my house where if one or two more show up it's not an issue.
I would personally NEVER ask someone if I was invited to their wedding knowing how awkward it is and how it puts them on the spot.. But I guess not everyone feels the same way. I mean we already have the ones subtly trying to get an invitation, it's even more awkward addressing the ones who straight up ask.
Anyone else have the ones trying to blatantly ask if they're invited? I'm getting tired of saying "well we're trying to keep the guest list strictly to close family and friends" or other variations of that phrase.. blah
