  Crooked Lakehouse in Averill Park is beautiful.  Not sure about the prices though.  There are also Franklin Plaza and Franklin Terrace in Troy.

  Call Erin Dewey at Birch Hill in Schodack (www.birchhillcatering.com). It is a lovely venue, and she is absolutely wonderful to work with.

  Franklin Plaza does not have any outside space. Franklin Terrace just added a Terrace to accommodate 180 people outside. In case of weather, it is attached to the Building/Ballroom by French doors. Contact Franklin Terrace Ballroom at 518-274-3421. Ask to Speak with Michael (Owner of Franklin Plaza and Franklin Terrace). Also, they have Franklin Square Inn (Hotel) for guest and Bridal Party to get ready before hand and enjoy after. Enjoy
