Accountability - Monday

Alright, so this weekend kinda sucked for me, not going to lie lol I travelled to my cousin's wedding so there wasn't really a lot of 'workout time' (we drove up just before, slept and then drove back right after, 7 hours each way). Going to get my butt in gear this week and get back on track!

  • I was disappointed that I didn't have time to go for a bike ride outdoors, but I did do a kettlebell workout and a ripped in 30 workout.
    I've been getting a lot of headaches lately and I'm constantly hungry. I don't think I'm eating enough but I'm finding it hard to stay satiated; my metabolism has gone through the roof! I am eating a lot of protein but I think limiting my gluten intake makes me more hungry :P

    Spin class today at lunch and I am really looking forward to my baja citrus salmon salad for dinner tonight ;)

  • I don't workout on the weekends. It is to hard to try to fit in everything and I would always be angry at missing a workout.

    My eating was not that great, but I weighed in on Friday at 152 so I am down 20 lbs :D So, excited!!!

    I have 3 PT appointments this week and 2 swim dates so things are going well.

  • Went on a slow-pace bike ride over the weekend and several walks, but that's it. Hoping to get out of work in time for yoga tonight!
