AW: Dress picked up and hair trial done! heavy PIP

Hey ladies! I know how you love to see dresses and such, and I would love to show you my beautiful gown, which has a bustle attached, is steamed and pressed, and is ready to rock and roll in 23 days! :D

A good look at the beading details :)

Hooking up the bustle

A great view of my corset back and hooked bustle:

After I picked the dress up, I went 4 doors down to the beauty brands, and had my hair trial. I loved it, but I'm not so in love with the fact that the hairdo started frizzing like crazy after about an hour. The 'do stayed in place but the frizz was out of control, and i'm not entirely sure what the hairstylist can do about it.

There ya go! :D

Thanks everyone! :D I can't wait to wear it all down the aisle, although I do hope next time I get my hair done it won't be so frizzy.

You look lovely.  So, as you can tell from my siggy pic, I have curly hair.  Curly hair tends to frizz, so prevention is the key.  Ask your stylist to use a gel containing silicone in your hair before it's dried.  That will keep the frizz down a bit.  Also, use a hair spray (aerosol, not a pump spray, which will be too heavy) with silicone in it.  The spray will take a long time to dry, but once it does, it won't frizz near as much.   You may wish to try do another trial with these just to make sure that they're using products that don't have too much silicone in them, and that they can apply them evenly; if not, it will just make it look like you need to wash your hair.

    Very beautiful!

I may have to steal your updo idea - I was not crazy about mine either when he did it the first time.  When I sit down on Saturday, I am going to make sure it is exactly how I want it before I get up!
