Looking for a roof top venue

I really want to get married on a roof top in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Looking for something more on the inexpensive side. I would like to use an outside caterer and provide my own alcohol to help save money. Please give me your suggestions

Re: Looking for a roof top venue

  • Check out Ventanas its near Centenial Olympic Park.

  • Well this doesn't quite fit what you are asking for but we are getting married at 5 Season's Brewing Westside. It has a rooftop area that faces the downtown skyline. They do not allow outside alcohol or food.

I still priced it on the less expensive side than some but that is a broad term.  They supply all the chairs and tables. There is a super cute inside bar area. The deposit is very low but they do a food and beverage minimum.

Me Too! I know this is going to sound like I'm pimping my blog, but I'm not selling anything and I'm not a vendor, I've just seen every rooftop venue in the freaking city (it feels like). Here's my post. http://happybeginning.tumblr.com/post/26629479126/where-are-we-getting-married-no-seriously-where

And here's just a list of the places I've seen/know of. Of course it will depend on your budget, size of your wedding, etc, but this is a pretty good list of the places in the Atlanta area.

    JB Fuqua Pavilion
    Vinings Club
    Glenn Hotel Sky Lounge
    The Commerce Club
The Four Seasons (5th floor terrace)
    W hotel-altitude (the midtown W)
    Loews Hotel Atlanta
    The Peachtree Club
    Ventanas
    Rooftop 866

ETA: I want to add that 5 seasons, as the PP mentioned, is great. Eaten there many times (Even had my law school graduation dinner there) and the food is so good! Yummy, yummy!

ETA Again: For a more budget friendly option, you might try Park Tavern. It's not exactly roof top (it's on the 2nd floor of Park tavern) but with it's position in the park and the windows in that place you get a great view of the park and skyline of midtown atlanta!

  • W Atlanta midtown is nice. Top floor with floor to ceiling windows. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for and they have a nice package deal.
  • Ohh check out the old theater in marietta square. I'm not sure of the name but I think it's theater on the square!! I wanted my wedding there so bad but it was just a tiny bit over budget and couldn't fit all my guests.
