heritage prairie farm - outside chicago

Ok, I have fallen in love with everything I've seen about heritage prairie farm. only issue - the lady won't email me back, very aggravated. 

does anyone have experience with this venue?? we were thinking november, but wasn't sure if their barn can accomodate. if i did have to do it outside, what's their rainout option? and what about hotels? are there any close enough to shuttle guests?

    yes sadly i have :o( i had heard such good things about them as a farm and their organic business, sort of disappointing that it's been a week, and still have yet to hear back!

    Are you trying to email Anna at the farm? Cus I was trying to email with her and she never got back to me, turns out she's no longer there.

    that might answer my question :) I'll try calling again. i just wish someone had some more details or experience therte so i could determine if this is really worth tracking them down or just going out there on my own!

    As the leader of the events team at Heritage Prairie Farm I was extremely concerned when I read of your difficulties getting information about events on the farm.  Please accept my apologizes that this issues has caused you so much distress during a time that should be focused on joy and planning. 

    There have been some staffing changes at the farm recently and we are currently updating our email system, but that is no excuse for failing to meet your expectations.

    If you could either send an email to info@hpmfarm.com or call the office 630.443.5989 I will personally ensure you are taken care of.

    </div><div>I am having the same issue! At least, I am not recieving the emails the HPF employees are claiming to send... I am just looking for pricing and to see which dates are open.... I have talked with 3 different people over the phone requesting information and for some reason it is not reaching my mail, while I am recieving emails from elsewhere and we confirmed my address 3x, so it shouldn't be a problem on my end. Is it possible to get information over the phone?
