We're on a really tight budget, but I think we're going to splurge to get a day of coordinator for a few reasons:
1) Our venue is 100% DIY, so we have to set up everything from tables and chairs to decorations, and we can't get into the venue to set up until about 9 am the day of the wedding. I don't want to be stressed about trying to get things done while worrying about my hair and makeup getting done too...
2) I want it to look professional and put together, not like we just threw it together ourselves. I think a professional would be able to make it look a lot nicer.
3) I don't want to have to have any friends or family have to miss the ceremony in order to get the venue set up.
So, now I need to find someone! Any recommendations??? If you used a DOC, about how much did it end up costing? Thanks! :-)
