  Rant:  DH almost cut off the tip of his ring finger on Monday night, and had to have 4 stiches.  He can't go back to work until his wound closes,(he works with monkeys, who carry horrible diseases, so no open wounds allowed) so we have to be super budget conscious right now.  I feel like a brat, because I'm sooo sick of being super budget conscious, since we were for SO much of our 18-Month Engagement.  But like our vows said "for richer, for poorer..." but it's still meh...
  
  Rant:  My TK alias has been misspelled TWICE this week on this board.... it's M-G-O-S-S.  NO  "R".  That was seriously one of my biggest pet peeves with my Maiden name, SO glad I was able to change my last name!  I'm not sure why people add that "R" in there, maybe I'm just that gross   But OMG, it makes me so stabby feeling when I see "mgross".... soooo stabby.
  
  Rave:  I'm going to a friend's Bachelorette on Saturday.  It should be fun!

  Rave: my bridal shower is tomorrow!
  Rant: my friend who is giving it sent out email invites and most people didn't get them so can't come.
  
  Rave: starting to get RSVP's back (deadline is July 1 because of cake lead-time).
  Rant: some people don't put their name on the card so I don't know who's coming or not
  Rant #2: people who responded to the STD's with "it's on my calendar, wouldn't miss it" are now saying "sorry, I have other plans".  Yep, it hurts my feelings.

  Rant: FI bought season passes to Wild Waves before we had actually decided if we were getting them yet. I understand it was all miscommunication; but an unexpected big sum of money spent usually doesn't make me very happy...

  
  

  Rave: The spaceship-like RV (think- Spaceballs) that has been parked across the street from me for 6 months was FINALLY towed today. Brings me a little bitty bit peace of mind having such an eyesore removed from my everyday life. 

  
  

  Rant: FI and I finally found the time to go check out a super cheap venue. But FI worked the night before, so he took a nap, and we got there about 10 minutes after the lady (that is the only one who can show us around) left for the day. Now it'll have to wait until next week.

  RANT: My bm's are having a hard time communicating with each other about shower and bach party stuff and it's driving me nuts.
  
  RANT: Really irritated with my guest list.......long story........in line with that, we are having a hard time coming up with the last of the money that we need to pay off the wedding and we just found out that our guest list will be at about 60 instead of our previously predicted 100, which means we overpaid/over-contracted our caterer for 40 guests!!!!! Which.....is....a wholeeeee.....lot....of....money......that we could have used right about now! EFF!
  
  Rant: can't figure out solid bach part plans.....really wanted to go to the Melting Pot....but that place is darn expensive!
  
  Rave: It's friday.....tomorrow I get to go see my dress for my last fitting and it is finally done! We changed sooooo much and I can't wait to see it!!!!!

  Rant: my venue called and said that they were very sorry but they are no longer allowed to host for parties over 20 (mine is 150) due to unforseen and unfortunate circumstances. It is not their fault, and I am not mad at them, however I am now thrown for a complete loop. My wedding is in october, 4 months away. My invitations need to be re-done Trying not to get too stressed...

  
  

  Rave: FI and I are in the process of buying a house and so far it is going well... I have to say something positive

  Rant: I really don't want certain things to happen, but unfortunately I think they will!!!

  OOPS! I think that was me once. As a person whose name is constantly misspelled,  ((it's brieck, not brick)) you would think I'd be more careful. but no, I completely understand, so I'm sorry :\
  
  
  Rant: I got the worst sunburn  all over my face and chest yesterday while riding around in the mustang the FI booked for our trip. So I have spent today covered up in big sunglasses, a hat, and  shirts that cover up to my neck. and I will probably have to spend the next couple of days like this.... so much for hanging out in my bathing suit... oh well. my fault
