Hi,

My fiance and I have been looking at wedding venues - and we really liked Bridgewaters in NYC. We were thinking about having the reception in the bridge room in March 2013. Has anyone one had their wedding there? Thoughts?

    gone to a few weddings there and parties.  and the Bridge Room is perfect.  EVen if you have your cermeony there - it works so well and then the side room for cocktails.
    Parking is an issue but if you don't mind guests fending for themselves. then its perfect.

    My fiance and I were looking to book Bridgewaters in March, but decided to go wih February instead. Did you book yet??

    Yes, we booked for March 23, 2013. Very exciting - now just looking to book the photographer and dj. Any suggestions?

    What a small world. Did you book with Eva? If so, the person she called to ask if she can release the date to you...was me haha! My fiance and I were unsure about Bridgewaters at that point and I didn't think it was fair to Eva to stop her from booking any events, so I let her release it. Congratulations and enjoy it! We decided to book one month prior, February 23, 2013. 

    I am waiting until after the New Year to start looking for a photographer and band. Let me know if you hear anything special about anybody.

    Haha that is too funny! We felt so bad having her call you and ask! So far we are meeting with Christopher Duggan after the new year and may meet with Fred Marcus as well - but we really like Christopher Duggan's stuff. Will keep you posted and happy planning!!!
