Hi Ladies!
I'm trying to lose about 10 - 15 pounds before my wedding at the end of September, although what I'm really concerned about is taking off inches around my waist and hips, and toning my arms. Recently I've been watching that show The Revolution, which led me to looking into Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor diet and dvds. Has anyone here tried them? Did it work? It looks like a very sensible diet but I can't find too much info on the series of dvd's that come with it. He's worked with a lot of celebrities but obviously that's very different from me in front of my dvd player.

Or, if you haven't tried this, what would you suggest for someone in my situation? I'm not overweight and it's just these last pounds that are frustrating me. It's very hard for me to lose weight. Even when I trained for a half marathon last year I didn't lose any weight on a regular running program. Basically, any insight/tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
