  You might want to try Weddings by Cecilia.  Her prices seem pretty reasonable (compared to others I checked).  She is bilingual.  We are meeting her tomorrow morning so I will write back and let you know how she is!

  My officiant is fully bilingual and not too pricey. He has no thick accent in either language, which is what I wanted.
