When is Prayer of the Couple? Do we have Sign of Peace? (outside Mass)

We're having our wedding outside the Mass and are electing to do the optional Prayer of the Couple.  Where exactly is that in the liturgy?  Also, is there an exchange of the Sign of Peace after the Our Father?  I'm trying to complete our programs, these details are fuzzy or not addressed in "Together for Life" and catholicweddinghelp.com, and our priest is really bad about responding to questions, so you ladies are my experts :)  Thanks!

Is there a wedding coordinator or music coordinator at the Church?  They may also be helpful.  Call the secretary of the Church and see if they have any templates of programs that include the Prayer of the Couple.  Some Churches keep old programs from past weddings to help new brides.

I think the Prayer of the Couple is right after the Blessing of the Rings. Hopefully someone can confirm that. I think the Sign of Peace is part of the ceremony, regardless of whether it is outside of mass.

I have one more place to check (the actual rite of marriage book--to double check), but in all the texts I've seen online, this is not part of the marriage rite.

I think it was somehow put in there somewhere to explain the "unity candle" time...as an option. This happens after the exchange of rings.

The sign of peace happens after the Our Father in a regular mass. However, in a wedding, the nuptial blessing is put in there after the our Father, before the sign of peace. It's very awkward, and some priests move it to near the final blessing. This one I would check with the priest/deacon.

We were married this past weekend and had the Sign of Peace after the Our Father and before the Final Blessing.
