    I am not sure but it is one of the Patrick Properties that also own the William Aiken House and Lowndes Grove. I actually emailed them regarding the William Aiken House and they were extremely helpful. Here is the link http://www.patpropllc.com/#/american

    Just go to request information and they will send you some attachments with pricing and square footage, preferred vendors etc.

    My info shows it for $1,800 on a Friday, $2,500 on a Saturday, $2,000 for Sunday and $1,500 all other days. I got these quotes at the end of last year, though, so the prices may have changed.
