NEED HELP!! BROOKLYN, NY WEDDING

 HEY EVERYONE I AM GETTING MARRIED REALLY SOON AND NEED SOME HELP SHOULD WE HAVE A DRINK OF THE NIGHT?
DO I GO WITH A BIG WELL KNOWN CATERER OR A LOCAL ONE THAT FOOD TASTE GOOD AND THEY ARE OFFERING ME EVERYTHING(FOOD, BARTENDERS, AND FOOD SERVERS/CLEANUP HELPERS)  FOR A GOOD PRICE?
THEY ARE T&C CATERING LOCATED IN BROOKLYN, NY
THEY CATERED A FRIEND BIRTHDAY PARTY AND EVEYONE LOVED THE FOOD!!! THEY ARE REALLY NICE PEOPLE.... BUT MY MOTHER IN-LAW THANKS DIFFERENT. 
WILL I GET MORE FOR MY MONEY IN LI, OR BROOKLYN?(FOR RECEPTION SPACE)  WE DOING IT IN BROOKLYN BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE IN OUR FAMILY DRIVES... ARE THERE ANY GOOD RECEPTION HALLS IN BROOKLYN? ARE THERE ANY GOOD CATERERS IN BROOKLYN? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
my wedding day will be Feb 14 2013 we are doing a winter wonderland theme my colors are white, black, and lavender

    Idk what part of brooklyn your in but check out the Baron DeKalb (knights of columbus) its on Emmons Ave in Sheepshead Bay - Great place, its beautiful I have been to many a weddings there and they weere all great and its very affordable for Bklyn. Too bad the Oriental Manor closed that was good too, I could think of more give me a few min LOL....

    Oh, I've also been to El Caribe (awesome and fun) and Gargulios ( more traditional, idk how they're prices would be but I know they are right off the train station) If your Fam dont drive its going to be tough for them to get out to LI. 

    PS - Congrats!!! Feb. 14th sounds awesome!

    Hi, I think the drink of the night idea is great. We did that for our wedding where we had a his and hers specialty cocktail and it was such a huge hit. For hers I had the Champagne with St Germain and for His my husband had the Whiskey Sour with a twist. Good Luck!!!!
