  You're probably not -totally- screwed, but I'm not sure there's going to be a lot of recommendations. That's a bummer that Joseph is booked I'm sorry! I'm using Ashley Colhouer, and i LOVE her, so I'd clearly recommend her, but I know her prices are over what you want to pay. She can probably work out payments with you though, if you'd be interested in that. 

  
  

  Other people will probably recommend Stephanie Sokol and Studio by Carmen. Not sure who else. Sorry I'm not more help, Good Luck!

  Def check out Studio Julie. Ryan Droze and David Acuna may can help, not too sure. Also someone recommended amberworld photography. GL I hope something works out for you!

  I recommend Jessica of Be You Images. I *THINK* her packages start at $950 and go to $1200.

  I also recommened Amber with Amber Photography World.  Her prices, Im pretty sure, are under 1K.  Her work is awesome and she is by far my favorite vendor.

  I just booked my photographer and am more than excited about them..
  I booked thru South Florida Video - They have 2 offices
  SouthFloridaVideo dot com and  if you are military or teacher/ firefighter or if your parents are he will offer a discount , its on the website.
  And my photos were under $1000 ..

  I highly recommend Elena Delgado. She has  a wonderful portfolio and she gives you a great deal on your wedding picture package. She is also a great photographer to work with and has a great personality.
