Rehearsal dinner suggestions-decatur

Does anyone know of any good places in Downtown decatur to have a rehearsal dinner? Something nice but comfortable and affordable. Would also like if there was a private or semi-private dinning room. We are getting married at the old ccourthouse on the square and I am not very familiar with the area so any help is greatly appreciated!!

    Leon's is great, the food is good and the atmosphere is great.  They have a bocce court outside which would be a lot of fun for your guests.  There's a newer place called the Square Pub which has a more upscale feel and three floors, i'm sure you could book out one of the upper floors for a private party.  They have GREAT food and the staff is awesome.  There's the typical haunts too, Taco Mac, Ruby Tuesdays, Ted's Montana Grill, those are all fine but I'd suggest passing on the chains and trying one of the places I mentioned earlier.  Oh, there's also a few more casual places on the square, if you want something casual try Raging Burrito, they have a great back deck and a private room you could use too.

    I'm hoping to get married at the old courthouse too in the fall. My plan is to do the rehearsal dinner at brickstore pub across the square. It's a killer atmosphere & their upstairs would have a great area for the dinner. Only downside is that it can get pretty busy on the weekends. Good luck! Would love to hear about your experiences with having your wedding at the courthouse!!
