Hey all! It's my first post and I'm hoping you guys can help me out! We're starting our search for a wedding venue and are quickly becoming frustrated with cookie-cutter catering halls. So maybe you have some ideas for us? We are looking for an affordable ($80-$120 per person) venue for a wedding of 125-150 people that has character and is not a plain old reception hall-- preferably in Queens, the Bronx, or lower Westchester. We would like something rustic or urban-- Think along the lines of The Foundry in Long Island City (
http://www.thefoundry.info/), but we are looking for a place that already has tables, chairs, and maybe even its own caterer included in the price. Am I asking too much??
