Inexpensive/beginning DOC?

Hi all,
I'm investigating having a DOC for my wedding July 2012 on the northshore. Any suggestions for cheap/starting out DOCs? I think it would be nice to have one to make sure everything gets decorated the morning of an early afternoon wedding.

Anise Jasman-Sayers - Every Little Detail
I used Anise as my DOC and I can not say enough good things about her. A bunch of other knotties have use her as well. My DH questioned on why I wanted to spend money on a DOC but at the rehearsal it became very clear to him.

She showed up at my house early, helped with the little things that needed to be finished, directed the back of the chapel at the ceremony and also took some amazing pictures for me.

Before the wedding day I met with her and she helped me to plan and offered her opinon on things.
