For the longest time I thought of it as a post for people to go "awww" over.  Then I found out it was supposed to stand for attention wh0re.  I like my version better.

I used to thing it meant "About Wedding".  Like, NWR was not about your wedding but AW was.  I like Emily's interpretation  of "Attention Wanted".

Attention Wanted is what I thought and then someone told me the real meaning. I've kept Attention Wanted in my head. :)

I had the AW figured out (I usually think awwwww, too), but the one I can't get is DED. Anyone know what it stands for?

DED means dead.  It's not TK lingo, it's some bizarre internet thing that basically means I laughed so hard I died.

Hahaha glad to know I wasn't the only one. Thanks girls! I like the Attention Wanted definition. I'll stick to that. ;)

My initials are actually AW, so I giggle a little inside everytime I see it.

I still can't figure out what S/O means.  Signing off?

ETA:  I feel like I'm pretty good at all the other TK and internet slang.

SO either means Significant Other or it means Spin Off.

"Do we have to invite SOs to the RD?" = Do we have to invite significant others to the rehearsal dinner.

"SO: What do you like to do for exercise?" = Spin off (of another related post): What do you like to do for exercise?
