Presentation of Flowers to Mary's Altar

I'm going out today to order flowers for Mary's Altar, but I've heard of placing 3 flowers to placing bouquets. What are you doing and what type of flowers are you using?

    I'm doing three pink roses. My bouquet is pink roses, those are my favorite, so it is fitting that I give pink roses to Mary as well.

    I am using a small version of my own bouquet. I requested it from my florist, so it will coordinate with all of the bouquets.

    I'm doing a pink toss-style rose bouquet.  Basically you can do anything you want.

    We did three or four roses. We meant to just lay them on there, but the wedding coordinator placed them in a small vase.

    I did three white flowers. 

    We also did a yellow rose for each mom.  I gave the one to his mom, he gave the one to my moml

    I am doing a bouquet of 6 six red roses surrounded by white roses to symbolize that we are praying for God to grant us SIX SONS!!!
    (wedding colors are red and pale pink)

    I'm doing a small bouquet. When brides choose 3 flowers it usually is to represent the trinity. I also have a friend who is having her young neices and nephews (5-7 of them) carry a single flower up the aisle before the bridal party and then will use those flowers for Mary. You can really do whatever you want!
