Cape May Wedding on a Budget

Hi all!
My fiance and I are wanting to get married on the beach May 2014.
We're looking at 75 people at most.

Not wanting to spend a fortune, are there any suggestions for the reception, food, flowers, etc? We're just getting started with planning and live in Ohio. So ideas def welcome!!

    If you are not in the area, I'd suggest you hire a planner in the area
