Help Finding Teal 11x17 Card Stock

I am planning on making my invitations using a pocketfold envelope (which I found a great template for). I want to use a nice teal or peacock colored cardstock, but I am having a REALLY hard time finding either of these colors in 11x17. I have already ordered samples of terrestial teal and figi, and those are not what I am looking for. Figi is closer, but not close enough.

Help?

  • I made pocketfolds (panel style) and ordered all of my paper from lcipaper.com

I was having this exact same problem! I was able to find a similar color in 12x12 at Hobby Lobby, but they didn't have enough for what I needed and it was a pain to keep trying to go and see if they had more in stock.

I finally went ahead and went with a dark navy (Our colors are Sagnria, Dark Teal and a newly added Navy Blue), since it was easier to find. Sorry I'm not much help, but just know I totally understand your frustration!

  • Skhuu , thanks for your post.  I ordered the paper from paper source and it is the exact color that I was looking for.  I was looking for a  105 or 110 lbs paper weight but they only had it in 80 lbs weight.  I’ll have to make it work.  Also where did you get the cut into your pocket fold size?  I called Fed-Ex and they said that they only go up to 18 wide?
