So I made an intro on the Nest (Monica and Kara, I saw some of your posts!)  Definitely didn't get a warm, fuzzy feeling there.  The board seemed very quiet!  I'm not sure whether I like the fact that you can see how many views a post has or not!  It's kind of weird, a thread will have like 80 views and only 5 posts!  Hopefully we can liven that board up!  Don't get me wrong, I love TK, but I feel like it's time to do some nesting too :)!

    I went on there quite a while ago (because we bought a house the same month we got engaged!) and was quite bored with it. Maybe now that a lot of the people from here are over there I should give it a shot again. Definitely needs to be livened up!

    So I just looked at the Nest for the first time... you 3 are like the only posters!  Lol!  Totally creepy how you can see the number of views too.  I think I'm too happy with this board to wander over there right now, even though we have a house in MA.

    I'm trying, Athena!!!  Maybe as more of us transition, it will become more lively.  Fingers crossed!!

    I'm thinking of heading that way once I tie the knot. But it is odd over their and I see what you mean on the fuzzy feeling thing.

    Hmmm....I will be considered a "nester" (is that the right term???) in 43 days!  I'm scared!  I want to stay here FOREVER!  Imight just have to go check it out to see what everyone is talking about though.

    Kara, I totally remember when this board was zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I got banned from the  May bores (scuse me, board) and came here and said enough is enough! And you me and monica made chit happen!

    People are inherently stupid. Weddings make it painfully obvious -- KevinandMonica

    Haha it was a while ago, last December to be exact. I had met some pretty decent people over there (or so I thought) and well long story short, one day one of our girls (a newbie) got on snarkys or E-board and started running her mouth. So all of a sudden they find it aproppriate to come to our board and trash literally every little thing we had to say (keeping it all TK PC of course) and I went nuts. I was so pissed! I started a thread about something WR and they fluckin hopped on and started rippin on me and my wedding and did the same for any other new post that came along. Some of the May girls fought back, some jumped ship, and some hopped on board with them. So I lost my TK PC-ness and flipped out. Started throwin out names and trash talking and such. The Mods for the board were MIA for the weekend so all the May girls started getting all "mommy is gunna be so mad!" and I was shocked. Its a flippin forum and your scared how the mod is gunna react?! Well someone called the mod to tell her what was going on and the fluckin tard left her girls wine night to go home and get on TK to yell at all of us. Then she banned me for having a backbone and calling out the girls who were harassing us.

    End of Story :)
