Looking for a Ceremony Site for October 2011

I am trying to help my sister find a ceromony site for her October wedding. Do any of you have any suggestions on where she should look at in the downtown area. They originally wanted to be married in the UH Chapel but the the only time they have for 10/8/11 is 1pm and she would like to have it a little later in the day.

She is looking for non-denominational chapel or really nice venue downtown

    How many people will she be inviting and how much can she afford for a venue rental?

    Their guest list is about 250 people and I think her budget for ceremony is $1000
