Florida-West Coast

wedding coordinator Sarasota area

Hi girls,

I'm posting again because I left out some vital info in my earlier question.  I have my venues--I'm getting married at my church and the reception is going to be at my grandparents house in Sarasota. We opted to do this because none of the venues we like were available on the dates we wanted.  We were kind of thinking of having it at their house anyway because it's very special to me since I spent so much of my childhood there.  They've lived there for 40 years and they have a couple of acres so we'll have plenty of space.  The big plus is that it's on the water too.

My grandparents are in their 70s and  they really want to have it at their house but I want them to be able to enjoy themselves.  Since my mom passed away a few years ago AND I'm finishing up my masters at UF I think I need a coordinator or I might lose my mind.  I think it's worth the extra money!

Please give me your recommendations for coordinators--thanks so much! Is it normal to feel overwhelmed this soon????

I absolutely hands down recommend our planner Anna Pohl of Dayplanners US. She was amazing and wonderful during our wedding last weekend and just relieved SO much stress for us.

Thanks girls.  I will check out both. I'm meeting with my florist next week (I Do Floral Designs) and she recommended Anna too.

try Milan catering. they do coordination as well as the food for the reception. They even have a gallery in sarasota. We are most likely going through them...so we havent booked them...but they are STILL being super accomodating! Plus their quote was fantastic! (btw you guys are getting married  a few weeks after us...Grats!!)
