So we are getting married 10/6 and the venue has been booked for a while but we have been slow to make our final menu choices. It really hasn't held up the process since we printed the menu cards with the dreaded "beef" or "chicken"....we just didn't know what kind our guests would be eating.

Tonight we will be taking our MOH and BM to sample our finalists and make selections. Any advice for the tasting?
