So confused about my registry

My sister is sending my bridal shower invites this week and I am revising our registry. Does anyone else get really overwhelmed with their registry ? I really hate picking out gifts for myself and wish I did not have to have one !!! Any advice on how to put together a good registry ? I feel like mine is all over the place and it is getting on my nerves.

I don't think it matters what's on it. Just get what you need and want. If you go to my wedding website, there are links on it to our registries. You'll see that they are all over the place, as well, but it's the stuff we wanted.

PS. I'm so glad my sister is doing travel agent gift certs for her registry for her honeymoon, this way we won't have to open much!! Woohoo!

I understand the hating choosing things for yourself though, the registry was more work than fun for me by far!

Ours was small, as we don't want gifts, so we stuck with things like towels, linens, things that eventually need to be replaced. I think we had 1 appliance on there too. My parents commented how small it was!!

registeries suck. we only did a BB&B one. It definitely did not live up to it's expectations. It was fun adding stuff but then we started thinking about it it got crazy hard.
