  How about all of those colors together.  I agree if you use just one of those colors it can look like an unintentional theme but if you combine them all it could look very nice with the red dresses.

  I also forgot to mention that my dress is very traditional so I don't want to go too trendy or funky with color combos

  Well, if traditional is what you're going for, then white (or ivory) would definitely be classic.
  
  I love color, so if that was my scheme I would probably try out some different combos of oranges, pinks, and yellows (and maybe white, it's always hard to know if white flowers will add or detract).
  
  Another option is to use a color like light yellow (keeping it away from the McD's golden yellow if that concerns you), and then wrapping the stems in a pretty gray ribbon. I think that would tie your colors together and certainly I wouldn't have any fast food associations with that!

  I would say either go with white flowers or go with an assortment of colors.  Something like these might work!

  I friend did yellow green and purple flowers against a red dress.  The bright mix highlighted the colors without looking childish.  She kept the flowers to round shapes (craspedia, gerberas, mum with philodendren leaves).  She added red flowers to the same mix for centerpieces.  This combination kept the look very traditional while the bright colors provided pop.  Gorgeously done.

  I am a floral designer, so here is a suggestion.  Your colours red and dark grey are strong colours, you need a light colour to go with them. Light green cymbidium orchids or light green dendrobium orchids. You could mix them with white roses maybe or just the orchids.  Before you say no, that looks like christmas.  They are pastel green and won't look like christmas.  They will look very elegant.  Try it.  Bunches Bob
