Help: What can I do with these chairs?

FI does not like chair covers at all. I am not sure why... he just doesn't like them. My colors are purple and gray with silver accents. What else can I do with these chairs? Or should I just leave them alone?

    I think you can leave them alone. I asked a friend what the chairs looked like at the last wedding we went to together and she couldn't remember!

    You can possibly just do a sash? What color are the chairs? My coordinator showed me a chair with just a double sash to kinda dress it up. Do the purple thick sash on the chair and a silver smaller sash over the purple

    If he doesn't like them, maybe he will pay to rent some other chairs.  Some silver chiavaris would be nice...

    My venue chairs are ugly and I asked the banquet manager so many times about will they be getting new chairs in 2011. Nope! To spend $400 minimum for chair covers is not on my list and chiaviri chairs run around $10pp and I have 200pp. Definetly not in the budget.  We have similar colors, but my colors are deep purple, cream, black, silver and damask.





    I came across this pic and thought about doing the sash, which would be under $200.
